§  XYZ Free Zone’s mission is to become a prosperous commercial address that advances the adoption of sustainable real estate in order to help create a more sustainable future by enabling social and economic progress in UAE. Its development will help address sustainability challenges globally.


Strategic Objectives:

§  Build a sustainable urban development that is based on a unique business model that helps corporations fulfill their corporate sustainable requirements by offering a broad range of tailored investment and cost-effective leasing options for sustainably built and operated office spaces.

§  XYZ is to become a commercial hub that drives economic growth by enabling business opportunities. Aim to build a community for large and small companies that is based on collaboration between businesses by providing a wide range of value-added services. 

§  Target to become a center for entrepreneurs in UAE by offering flexible office spaces.

§  Offer a “One-Stop Shop” for setting up a company in the XYZ Free Zone which includes company registration, government relations, and fast-track visa processing.  

Operational Objectives:

§  Become the preferred commercial destination for offices in MENA region by 2025.

§  Aggressive marketing of the Free Zone status that allows tenants advantages such as 100% foreign ownership and exemption from corporate and personal income taxes.

§  Ensure that there is a mixed tenant base of large corporates, SMEs, start-ups, banks, cafes, restaurants, and retail services.


Operational Goals:

§  Considering the growing demand for office space in the city, aim to grow the tenant base by four-fold by 2025 and expand the net leasable area by a third every year.

§  One-Stop Shop to complete all formalities such that all leasing tenants can move in within 2 weeks.
